Upon hearing about the attack I immediately wrote to my Congressman the following:
As my representative, it is your duty to oversee runaway administrations. This war mongering, nation stealing, extortive behavior, and war crime activity needs to stop. If you do not voice opposition to it, then you are complicit by your silence. At one time, I thought if anything were you were a friend of the armed services. I abhor using our service members as pawns in these political games. Please show the courage that these times demand and stand up to this insurrection of our American values.
Every time I read posts and see images of the death toll in the Middle East, my stomach feels like an elevator dropping ever further toward a toxic swamp that this country will become if we do not act immediately to end this horror show of a government.
We have seen that multiple impeachments have no effect on Trump or his monstrous minions.
I do not know how it can be done nor how soon. Nevertheless, we cannot afford to wait for elections that will very likely be prevented. Since it has become abundantly clear that our elected officials for the most part are loyal only to their perk – filled jobs instead of their constituents, states should grow a spine and recall all of those who failed to cast their votes in the best interests of the United States and We the People. These fools and cowards do not deserve their jobs or our respect. PINK SLIPS FOR POSEURS!
Are they less informed than the rest of us? On the take? Stupid?
Do these men and women who purport to represent us know something we don't?
Those among them who are lining up behind the President are fully aware and approve of what is going on which leads me to conclude they are as much the enemy as any foreign adversary.
I have written many times to my representative and in turn received a polite, well written, generic response all of which had a strong smell of mouthwash.
The only way to bring about change is to vote them out of office and not replace them with the same old empty minded, scripture quoting, bible toting male hypocrites, who preach one thing and practice another.
Our holier than thou Christian leader just oversaw the killing of 160 girls in an "enemy" attack.
Does anyone in their right mind think for a moment that any of our world's gods is listening?
It is a way of applying political pressure. The amount of phone calls and letters that a single representative receives moves that issue to the top of their list. Without us, they are nothing. You must consider politicians to be brainless tools of political power. You either allow the rich and influential to have that power or you organize and create power by numbers. It is what is happening in this country right now. If you don’t know it, I’m happy to break the news to you.
I may be out of touch with the way things work, but my sense is this is not a game in which we the citizenry should have to pressure those who purport to represent us to do the right thing.
They're not physical toddlers who must be trained, they are adults who by this stage in their existence know what is right and there can only be one right.
Democrats and Republicans or any political party represent the wealthy before the majority of our citizenry and both use the sanctity of religion to keep us poor folk in line and with the possible exception of China, this is true throughout the world.
The only ones who want this war are the Iranian regime and Hezbollah. I am no T-rump fan and I am heartsick about the US entering the war and the death of these children. But think. THINK. Don't just feel. When you feel without thinking you are easily manipulated. The Tayybeh school was located RIGHT NEXT to a missile launching site. This is not a new tactic. Those of us close to the conflict know that these locations are deliberate. The Iranian regime has no respect for human life. How many protestors have they killed? Think about that. I realize it's hard for safe and prosperous Americans with your easy lives to imagine true evil. You are not writing from bomb shelters. When the US first went to war with Iraq we were appalled at the stupidity of the American government. Saddam Hussain was a lightweight. Iran had already been arming the region. As for Israel, the Arab states attacked in '48 when the Palestinians could have had their own state which included Jerusalem. The original usage of the word, "nakba" was coined by Constantin Zuriq as a chastisement of the Arab nations for losing the battle. Then they attacked again in '67 and again in '73 and on until Russia trained Palestinian leaders like Yassar Arafat in PR and victim warfare. Tragically, you will believe non of this and remain unconsciously vulnerable until you are the ones in bomb shelters. Israel is tired of protecting you. We are tired of doing your dirty work while you sit thousands of miles away, judging us. War sucks. And to create peace all parties must take equal responsibility. So stop bragging about how empathic you are when you are judging from a great distance, creating more conflict, and doing nothing to further peace.
Let me be clear. We are not Israel. It is not the sixth borough of NY. It has made its choices and will be living with them. We are not connected. And those will become clearer in the new politics. If you want to get closer please sign up and ship out, defend the apartheid genocidal theocracy.

It is a war on us as well. From ICE to AI to Climate. We must use all tools to fight.
This drawing so sadly--and so accurately--depicts the utter and unbearable heartbreak.
Thank you Audrey. That is the moment we are in.
😭😭😭😭😭
What to say . . .
Among the first victims of the Republican war - to cover up Donald Trump's involvement in the sex trafficking of school girls - are school girls.
That was not lost on me. Before this we were talking about a 13 year old. Today Rep. Raskin reports he read about girls as young as 9. Raped by Trump.

I want to apologize and explain my prior reply.
Yes. It was clear from the your text and drawing that the backpacks stood for - more - child victims.
And the connection between the Epstein Files and Epic Fury.
