Love Gov. Pritzger’s wonderful and inspiring speech- wish he’d run for president in’28. We need someone with a backbone, a heart, and a brain. We don’t have that right now.

He’s straightforward. He has a sweet face when not yelling. Kindness matters and it is or isn’t in faces.

Will there be women including Kamala who are so qualified to run/run again? Will I have to be reincarnated to experience a woman here? Another than BHO person of color? Aspiring to be president is a fascinating ambition in a very complex world. We are experiencing what we get without knowledge.

We are watching “The West Wing” again (umpteenth time) and find the issues remain the same, few resolved. A president is a facilitator with exceptional knowledge and skills & abilities to see the needs and guide to compromise. I’m not ready to give head & heart yet to anyone.

When he is yelling , it is a deliberate expression of his Righteous Indignation (I like Dante's phrase for it: "Giusto Sdegno").

Our new Teddy Roosevelt. Smart, fearless, honor bound. I love it when he bellows, shakes everybody out of their hubris or stupor, depending on your Party.

The foundation of Trump's aspiring dictatorship is the weight of his executive orders which in most cases test a third grader's understanding of government. Remember a few GOP presidents ago we were dealing with Signing Statements which basically said the president is signing this law but this is his understanding of what it means. Executive orders are really suppose to be temporary fixes for areas in the law lacking clarity... or the executive branch sending it back to the congress for fixing. As such the congress should incorporate rules which require that executive orders automatically dictate the issue be fast-tracked in congress, that an executive order resolution be voted on within 90 days under the weight of the full house. This in turn places the representatives on the record. The people need to start making demands on the congressional rules as one focus to bring our government back into balance. Looking at all the destruction this administration is creating, it affords an opportunity to create new focus and thus a new call to problems. Much like PROJECTion 2025, we need a PROMISE 2026... For too long congress has been writing it's own rules for operating and the people need to demand the opportunity to have their say...Maybe a Dunk tank at town meetings would be a good start.

"Yesterday, Representatives Nadler, Adam Smith, and Himes introduced the West Bank Violence Prevention Act — critical legislation that would codify President Biden’s now-repealed Executive Order [to hold] violent extremists accountable.

The West Bank Violence Prevention Act would restore vital tools to freeze assets and sanction individuals who commit acts of violence in the West Bank. New Jewish Narrative strongly supports this bill, and we need your voice to help move it forward."

Please ask your House Representative to co-sponsor and vote for it
